Where is my data stored?

Everything stays on your device. Spentzy doesn't sync to the cloud or send your data anywhere. If you delete the app, your data is deleted with it.

Do I need to create an account?

Nope. Just download and start tracking. No sign-ups, no passwords, no accounts.

Can I back up my data?

Your Spentzy data is included in your iPhone's local backup (iCloud or iTunes). As long as you back up your device, your expenses are backed up too.

Can I export my expenses?

Not in this version. We kept it simple on purpose. Future updates may include export options if there's enough demand.

Does Spentzy connect to my bank?

No. Spentzy is manual tracking only. You add expenses yourself. No bank connections, no automatic imports.

Is Spentzy a budgeting app?

Not really. Spentzy is about awareness, not budgets. It helps you see where your discretionary money goes without the pressure of sticking to strict limits.

What platforms does Spentzy support?

iPhone only for now. iOS 16 or later required.
