The short version: Spentzy collects nothing about you. Your data lives on your device and never leaves it. No servers, no accounts, no tracking. That's it.
What data we collect
None. Spentzy does not collect, store, transmit, or share any personal information, financial data, or usage data. Not even anonymously.
Every expense you log stays on your device. We never see it.
Where your data lives
Everything you enter into Spentzy — your expenses, categories, and preferences — is stored locally on your iPhone. It does not sync to any cloud service, external server, or third-party system.
If you delete the app, your data is deleted with it. If you back up your iPhone via iCloud or iTunes, your Spentzy data may be included in that device backup, which is fully managed by you through Apple.
Third-party services
Spentzy does not use any third-party analytics, advertising, crash reporting, or data collection tools. There are no SDKs running in the background.
Tracking & advertising
We don't track you. We don't advertise to you. We have no interest in your spending habits beyond what you choose to see yourself inside the app.
Children's privacy
Spentzy does not collect information from anyone, including children under 13. Since no data is collected, the app complies with COPPA and similar regulations by design.
Changes to this policy
If this policy ever changes — for example, if a future version of Spentzy introduces cloud sync or other features — we will update this page and revise the effective date. We will never silently change how your data is handled.
